SINOPSIS: Emanuelle, una reportera que ha estado infiltrada en una Residencia Psiquiátrica para realizar un reportaje de investigación, será testigo del extraño ataque de una paciente hacia una enfermera. Con la ayuda de Mark Lester, un profesor de antropología, y deseosa por encontrar alguna respuesta para la agresiva y extraña actitud de la residente, la periodista se trasladará hasta el Amazonas, donde parece ser que aún pervive alguna tribu de caníbales.
